Father and Daughter Receive a Bible

Nada Andreeva and Lena Petrovska, both Sunday School Teachers in Macedonia, wanted to teach the children about the important people in the Bible, such as Abraham, Moses and David.  Then, most important of all, Jesus, in order to help the children understand the message of Salvation.   “After each lesson we wanted to hear from the children what they had learnt the night before. In one of those moments a child approached us and asked with excitement if we had a Bible for her so that she could learn the stories and get to know how to tell them to her friends”. The teachers asked her to bring her parents and to get approval from them in order to receive a Bible.  She went away and after 20 minutes returned with her dad who joyfully approached and said not only that he agreed for his daughter to receive a Bible but that he would like one for himself as well! Praise the Lord, with support from friends like you, Bible League International is planting Bibles in the homes of people like this father and daughter, bringing real joy and hope as they get to know their heavenly Father.
